you know it's a proper doctor's visit if the doctor rummage around in your blood vein, on both arms, and it leaves you blue and bruised looking because you apparently have incredibly sensitive skin. 

anyway, i drew a beetle, saw it in a dream but can't remember exactly how it looked like so i did my best mixing it with what i remember and real beetles. it had a lot of decorative stuff on it, again, can't remember it exactly, on the left i have it without all the bells and whistles, which actually looks better i think. it has three parts, like a proper insect, head, body and butt, though it has this cap over it's head and body so it looks like it only has two parts. it has wings as well but i'm not sure what kind of wings it's body type would have. i looked at real beetles and my beetle just looks really fat and flat, not elegant and pretty like actual real life insects, this bothers me.  i don't really know what the fuck i'm doing, i've used an hour or two drawing a dream beetle.
